Bathtime fun!

Our kids love to take baths as part of their bedtime routine. Morgan just loves it when we let her help bathe Rachel. Here are some pics of them together and some of Rachel after she is all clean.

Why can't I climb on that?

The kids like to climb into and on different things and items. Here is a pic of Jaxen getting mad because he can't lay down in the laundry basket.

Here is Gracie after she buckled herself into Morgan's booster chair one day.

Joshua Trying to Walk at Last!

Joshua has started to try and walk. They started him out with a walker at School and now he is pushing his push toy around. Here is a picture and video Ryan took of him yesterday. Isn't it wonderful?

February Fun

Jaxen playing Pop Goes the Weasel. The triplets second favorite game next to Plucky Ducks.

Joshua putting puzzles together with Mommy and posing for the camera.

Jaxen was still sleeping, so I put Rachel in his chair and tried to give her rice cereal. As much came out as went in. I don't think she is quite ready.

Gracy loves to wear this pink Backyardigans vest. She has a drama queen fit if you try to take it off for any reason.

Jaxen just loves to pose for the camera and say "Cheeeeese."

Here are some more random photos of this last month. In looking through them, I realized there is only one of Morgan and it has been posted. Sorry Morgan.

Patty Cake!

Joshua has been attending an Infant-Toddler group two days a week to work on his physical and occupational therapy. He is doing so well and has learned so much. He loves to play Patty Cake and say animal sounds. Here is a clip of him playing Patty Cake with Mommy. Forgive the camera man because it can be a little blurry while I'm trying to play with him and hold the camera.

What happens when Daddy is gone?

Here are some pics of what happens when Daddy is away. YES, that's right. Ryan left us all here while he went to Pittsburg, PA for one week. Can you believe it? I was taking care of kids while he went to class during the day and played at night. He went to 2 movies, shopping at IKEA, dinner with co-workers, Andrew and Stefanie's in Ohio and then flew back home to be with us. Here is what he missed:

3 of the 5 came down with the stomach flu. Fortunately for me, it was a 12-24 hr bug and they were better the next day. I have never cleaned up so much vomit in my life. Thanks to Joe and Janet Yskes who lent us their carpet cleaner when ours broke.

The day Jaxen was sick with the flu, he fell in the bathtub and smashed his lip. My first thought was, "Great, after having cleaned up vomit all day, I get to sit in the emergancy room for 3-4 hrs waiting to get stiches." Fortunatly, Sherri and Steve Gotschall helped get the bleeding under control and their was no need for stiches.

Gracie also decided to stratch up her beautiful face during one of her famous drama queen tantrums. What am I going to do with her?

Joshua was such a good boy while daddy was away. He is talking so much more and loves to Crow like a Rooster. It is the cutest thing.

Rachel (now 6 months old) got her first taste of rice cereal. She didn't really care for it, but she loved sitting in the big girl chair next to Gracie.

Role Over

Rachel is now rolling over. She loves to lay on the floor and role around, but it has been proven to be risky business. The triplets now think it is a game and will sit on her or lay on her. It doesn't help that Morgan as an example, who loves to roll her over so that she is laying on top of her.
