November 1st-November 7th:
This week has been pretty uneventful. Daylight savings has been kicking my . . . . For some reason, we all want to be awake early and feel like it is time for bed at 6pm. It's exhausting. Also, our furnace was broken all week and 60 degrees in November does not feel the same as 60 degrees in April. Therefore, we have been pretty cozy sitting around the fireplace. This has made for some good times. The kiddos have been plugging along in school and we are still working on getting homework done in a timely manner and reading as much as our teachers think is necessary. Dafunny has been loving going for walks in the cooler weather and as soon as the kiddos leave for school, this seems like the best time to go. Here is a video of Dafunny telling me it's time to go, and she does this EVERY day. We love her anyway.

Halloween Night
October 31, 2015:
Finally, the big day has arrived. The kiddos have been counting down to Halloween all month. We spent the morning and afternoon cleaning, organizing and getting ready to go out begging for candy. Once all the costumes were on and make-up and hair done, the kiddos were ready to go. Ryan took them to three different neighborhoods and to the local fire station for hot cocoa. He then offered them $20 for their bag of candy minus 5-6 pieces. Four of the Five took him up on the offer. I now have my stash of bribes ready to go for the next year.

Parties and Vacation
October 28th, 2015:
Wednesday was the kiddos Halloween Parties at school. Since they were all at the same time, I had to choose one to attend. Morgan's room mom, didn't have any help, so I stayed and helped with her party. They had planned some fun games and a yummy treat at the end.

October 29, 2015:
The kiddos had Thursday and Friday off of school this week, so Ryan took the time off work. On Thursday, we went to the Children's Museum in Salt Lake. They have changed some of their exhibits, so the kiddos spent most of the morning there.

After visiting the museum, we went to the Church History Museum. Ryan wanted to see the new movie about Joseph Smith's First Vision (Founder of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints) again. It really is a neat short film. It's in 3D which makes you feel like you are really there, and it is only about 15 minutes and is worth the effort to go and see it.

After hitting all the museums, we came home and watched a movie as a family. Dafunny found Rachel's blankets and made herself comfortable. Morgan just had to get a picture of her cuteness.
October30, 2015:
On Friday, the kiddos were able to go and hang out at their Aunt Annie's and Uncle Rob's house, while Ryan and I went to the Mt. Timpanogas Temple together. It has been awhile since we have been able to go as a couple. Then the boys all went to Tyler's (Cousin) football game, while the girls (including their cousin Abby) played. We went to the fastest McDonald's I have ever been to (note the sarcasm).

Baseball, Football, Halloween, Fun Run and Cute Kiddos
October 22, 2015:
Thursday, Ryan and the boys went to Tyler's (Ryan's nephew) football game. Jacob Hennemann's (Minor league baseball player for the Chicago Cubs) little brother is on the same team. The boys were soooo excited to take a picture with a Cub's baseball player. They have had fun watching the Cubs with their dad. Too bad they didn't make it to the World Series.

October 24, 2015:
Saturday was another BYU football game. This time it was during the day. Once again, they had a great time watching the game, while visiting with family and friends.

While the boys were away, the girls had fun, too. We went to the neighborhood Halloween party. They had face painting, pizza, pumpkin painting, and a ball toss. The face painters were spectacular. We then went to the Erda Stake Fun Run. The girls each ran 1 mile, enjoyed treats and had fun playing with friends. To top it off, we had a girls dinner out. It was fun listening to their chatter about the day. I know I'm biased, but we have some pretty cute kiddos.

October 15, 2015:
This weekend was UEA, so the kiddos had time off. Ryan took time off with us, and we went to the LDS Church History Museum for the first time since it re-opened. They had some great hands on activities for the kiddos. They also have a very touching short film about Joseph Smith's First Vision (First Prophet of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints).

October 17, 2015:
Sunday we went to Rob's (Ryan's older brother) for dinner. Troy and Kris (Ryan's sister and brother-in-law) and Haleigh (Ryan's niece) were there, as well. We had a great visit, but when I was downloading pictures, I noticed that the only ones that we took were of Joshua and Ashley's cat Daisy (Kitler for kicks).
