September 6, 2015:
Sunday, Rachel turned eight years old. She has been counting down the days until she was able to open some presents. Since church wasn't until 1pm, she opened one present before church. We invited the Fleugal's, our friends from Rockford, IL who recently moved to St George, over for cake and ice cream, so she could open the rest of her presents. She was also surprised to see that her cake was topped with a crown and wand. She was our birthday princess after all.
Now that Rachel can ride a two wheeler, she wanted a basket to carry some of her belongings in while on the go.

After church, the rest of our crew snuck off to Brigham Young's home to get another tour.
September 7, 2015 (Labor Day):
On Monday, my sister Lori and her husband Dave took us all out to play on their boat. Gracie said this was the funnest thing she has ever done. However, it was cut short due to poor gas and a clogged filter. We didn't let that get us down, we just went and played on the beach for a little while. The kiddos had a great time. Before we left, we stopped at Chuck A Rama, hoping to fill them up, so that they would sleep on the ride home. At least, I hoped that after boating/swimming, then eating, they would all crash. Nope, not one. They were wide awake the whole ride home and grumpy/cranky the next day for school.

On Thursday, Ryan took the boys to the Utah State Fair. He had scored some discounted tickets and since the girls had dance classes and piano, they took a boys night out.

Another Friday and another football game with Tyler and Mekena. The kids love to visit their cousins.
September 12, 2015:
Saturday was the first BYU home game. Ryan bought season tickets this year, so he and the boys headed to Provo for the game. They rode part of the way with my brother Randy and their cousin Brinton. They love it that they have a cousin their age to enjoy sports with.
