Last week Ryan had a business trip in Ohio and he decided to take the whole family. While he stayed in Freemont, we drove on to Stow and stayed with Andrew and Stefanie while Ryan worked and then he joined us for the weekend. While the guys are at work, the women will play. Stefanie and I took the kids to the park both days. They had a blast and her boys were as excited to help the little ones, as my kids were to get so much attention. It's nice when people are excited to let us hang out with them.

Heinz Family Day at Michigan Adventure
Yesterday, we went to Michigan Adventure Amusement Park. We had a great time and spent most of the day in kiddie land. Zach's family and our friends the Andersons went with us and we all had a great time.
Triplets in the airplane ride.
Jaxen had a hard time on this ride, so Ryan went along.
Joshua and Jaxen had a great time ringing the fire bell on this ride.
Morgan went on some bigger rides that the triplets were too little for. She had a great time. Her and Mommy rode the kiddie coaster 5 times.
Gracie, Morgan and Joshua loved sailing on this boat ride.
Rachel of course was the perfect baby. She ate, pooped and rode in the stroller all day. I just realized she was so good we didn't even get pictures of her. The trouble with being the fifth and a good fifth at that.

Princess Ballerina Camp
Morgan got to go to Princess Ballerina Camp this last week with her friends Mackenzie and Elissa. She was not fond of the dancing and preferred to jump, tumble and roll. However, she did enjoy dressing up everyday in fancy outfits.
Showing off the dance steps she has learned.
Smiling for the Camera.
Practicing Side stepping across the room.
With her teachers and dance class.

Ward Garden
Our ward has done a ward garden for the last 3 years at a member's home. We decided to take the kids to the garden to pull weeds, and to teach them about service. Morgan helped move the piles of pulled weeds to the side out of the way, and the triplets ran around getting dirty. Rachel sat on the side of the garden on a blanket and played with toys (she is such a good baby). We didn't have to chase them much, and they actually did very well for the 1 1/2 hours we were there. I don't know if they learned anything, but atleast the saw Mommy and Daddy working hard to help others.
Helping Daddy pull weeds when we first got there.

Ryan found a birds nest among the weeds in the potatoes, so we moved it to the side. The kids loved to look at it and Gracie thought it was the neatest thing ever. I'm sad to say that the Mommy bird probably didn't return due to the human scent that had to be all over it.

Summer Fun!
Saturday was warm and nice, so we let the kids play outside in their swimsuits. They played for a very long time and were worn out when it was time to go to bed.

Dutch Village
We went to Dutch Village with the Smedleys and had a great time. It was very hot, but a good day to get out of the house for a little outing.

Joshua wasn't sure he wanted to go for a ride, but when we were done he didn't want to get off.

My First Pony Tail!
Here is Rachel with her first ponytail. Her hair is not quite long enough to put one in all the time, but Katie and Kennedy were playing dress up and wanted to see how she would look. Isn't it cute?
