The Tooth Fairy

Jaxen and Gracie both lost a tooth on the same day.  Joshua was bummed because while his tooth was loose, it was not ready to come out yet.  He was very determined not to be left out however, so he talked his dad into pulling it out.  They worked and wiggled that tooth until finally it fell out.  So we got their bags ready to put under their pillow, when Morgan runs out and shows us that one of her teeth had just fallen out.  Here are pictures of the four posing for the camera with their teeth.  It was a good night at the MacPherson home for the tooth fairy.

MacPherson Family Cruise 2011

Over the Thanksgiving Holiday, Ryan's family enjoyed a family cruise to celebrate his parent's 50th Wedding anniversary.  I was a little worried about taken our family of seven on a cruise and visiting other countries.  However, we had a great time and it wasn't as hard as I thought it would be.  The kids spend most of their time swimming in the pool or attending activities in the kid's zone.  They ate lots of ice cream and enjoyed getting dessert with dinner every night.  Needless to say we wore them out.  They kept us busy, but Ryan and I were also able to enjoy some adult time while the kids played in the kid zone.  I think I would do it again.  Here are a few pictures of various activities.  I can't find the camera right now, so these a pictures off of Ryan's phone.

Charlotte MacPherson (Great-Grandma)

Ryan's Grandmother died in October 2011.  Ryan took the triplets with him while Rachel and Morgan stayed behind with me.  Here are some pics from the funeral.

Her sons: Kevin, Stuart, and Doug MacPherson

Halloween 2011

I think Halloween 2011 was the best Halloween we have had.  The kids were sooo excited to dress up and participate.  We didn't take a stroller, so they all had to walk/run on their own power and that's what they did.  The ran from door to door and asked/begged for candy without Ryan or I having to go with them.  We watched from the end of the driveway and just kept an eye on them.  When they were tired after going around the neighborhood, it was their idea to go home.  The enjoyed it we and enjoyed it.  They also got quite a stash of candy.  I think I ended up throwing some of it away because we just couldn't eat it all.  Here are various pictures of the days events.

Here the kids are helping Ryan carve pumpkins.  They drew their own faces and gutted the pumpkins.  Ryan then carved them out and we displayed them on the front porch.

The triplet's had a Halloween Parade at their school.  I was able to make it just in time.  Here are some pictures of them walking in the parade.

Morgan's 1st grade Lunch and Morgan and Gracie's Room

Ryan was able to go with Morgan and eat lunch.  She was bery excited to have her dad all to herself and school and to introduce her friends.  Here are some pictures at lunch.

Ryan captured the girls one night while sleeping.  Since they share a bed, it's funny to see the different positions they find themselves in and all the different stuff they put in their bed with them.  It's cute now because they are not fighting.
