More Cruise Pictures for Thanksgiving 2011

We had a great time on our cruise.  Here are some more pictures of various activities for the first few days.

Morgan was old enough to do some activities the others couldn't.  Here are some pictures of her on the rock climbing wall, roller skating and ice skating.

Our first island stop was in Isla Roatan (pardon the spelling, I'll look it up later).  It was a dump.  We had a pretty good time when we weren't getting bitten by sand flies.  The resort we went to had just finished building a deck and the pool was brown.  The bay wasn't much better, so some neighbors let us use their pool for the day.  We should have just left, but we didn't and we did meet some very nice people.

We get some good candid pictures at night.  Here are some of Morgan after she decided to be the canvas of her next artistic adventure.  She really does keep us on our toes.

Sledding

One weekend saturday when we happened to have a good snow fall, Ryan decided to take the kids sledding.  We have a great sledding hill less than a mile from our house.  It is a big hill on Van Raalte Farm.  Ryan was worried the kids would get worn out just climbing to the top, but they did really well.  They had a great time going up and down.

Morgan's 7th Birthday

Morgan had a great 7th birthday.  First, we went to Wild Chef for dinner.  Here the chef cooks right in front of you on the Hibachi grill.  The kids loved it.  They were a little scared when he made an onion volcano and the flame flared up, but they loved watching him perform.

Next, we went to Crazy Bounce and Morgan was able to invite two of her closes friends.  She had a great time running around and not having to stay with mom or dad.



Lastly, we opened presents and ate cake.  She got to pick out her cake and loved the pink flowers. 

Kindergarten Christmas Party 2011

Ryan was able to go to the Triplet's Christmas party.  They were making Gingerbread houses and they had a great time.  Here are some pictures.

The Tooth Fairy

Jaxen and Gracie both lost a tooth on the same day.  Joshua was bummed because while his tooth was loose, it was not ready to come out yet.  He was very determined not to be left out however, so he talked his dad into pulling it out.  They worked and wiggled that tooth until finally it fell out.  So we got their bags ready to put under their pillow, when Morgan runs out and shows us that one of her teeth had just fallen out.  Here are pictures of the four posing for the camera with their teeth.  It was a good night at the MacPherson home for the tooth fairy.

MacPherson Family Cruise 2011

Over the Thanksgiving Holiday, Ryan's family enjoyed a family cruise to celebrate his parent's 50th Wedding anniversary.  I was a little worried about taken our family of seven on a cruise and visiting other countries.  However, we had a great time and it wasn't as hard as I thought it would be.  The kids spend most of their time swimming in the pool or attending activities in the kid's zone.  They ate lots of ice cream and enjoyed getting dessert with dinner every night.  Needless to say we wore them out.  They kept us busy, but Ryan and I were also able to enjoy some adult time while the kids played in the kid zone.  I think I would do it again.  Here are a few pictures of various activities.  I can't find the camera right now, so these a pictures off of Ryan's phone.
